Leonard Redway

General Manager

Leonard Redway founded LRS Plumbing in 1997 shortly after graduating from Susan Miller Dorsey High School. Inspired by his father’s leadership and business acumen. Leonard founded Five Redway Brothers Incorporated or 5RB.Inc. In 2002, his initial plan was to provide all the family business ventures with a corporate structure. Eventually he used 5RB in charitable fashions and in 2006 he founded the 5 RB Vocational Educational Awareness program. The founding for the philanthropic efforts comes from the sales of The PLUMBERS Calendar which made it’s debut at the 2007 Los Angeles Black Business Expo and Trade Show. In 2010; in the long standing aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, LR Services Plumbing sponsored Leonard and Own on a missionary trip to Mississippi to assist with the much needed rebuilding efforts. The company’s charitable work continued in 2011, as they supported the Jenesse Center for domestic violence with the proceeds from the calendar sales.

Owen Redway

Field Supervisor

Owen Redway, the youngest of the 5RB joined the LRS Plumbing team while still in high school the summer of his junior year. Leonard would pick up Owen, take him & train him on all types of plumbing projects. Within 4 years Owen became a Journeyman Plumber and eventually the Plumbing Supervisor. He is now responsible for overseeing all the day to day operations and customer service for the company.

Andrew Redway

Andrew “Drew” Redway, the multi-talented elder Redway brother, has been a popular barber since completing Barbering School at Abraham Friedman Occupational center in 1995, all the while still attending Alexander Hamilton High School. He formed a small client base of fellow students and would cut hair during nutrition and lunch times. Fourteen years later, Andrew still retains some of those same loyal clients. Besides barbering, Andrew has gained popularity being the face of the famed LRS PLUMBERS. He joined his brother Leonard in mid 1999 in his mission of “CHANGING THE WAY YOU VIEW PLUMBERS”. Taught by his father, Kenneth Sr and brother Leonard: Andrew excelled with the company and eventually became the face of the brand. Drew is also an accomplished culinary chef working side by side with his brother Edwin, aka Chef E Dubble, at E Dubble’s Catering.

Michael Cannon

Michael “Mr. Cannon” Cannon turned 57 years old in 2011, however his age has not deterred him from hanging with his younger counterparts. Mike has been a member of LR Services Plumbing family since 2005. His comedic nature and hard working spirit, not to mention his 25 plus years of plumbing experience, has helped him fit right in with the Redway brothers. He has been dubbed the “brother from another mother.” When Mike is not plumbing, he can be found in the local Los Angeles gyms sculpting. Mike enjoys great conversation and is a whiz on Los Angeles history.
